Book as art provides new ways to display your artwork in interactive 3D formats. The concertina book is a structure that resembles a concertina, which is a musical instrument similar to an accordion.

A unique take on a concertina style binding that opens like a traditional western bound book.You can use gelli prints, decorative papers, or papers with mark making to create this wonderful book structure.

No Needle Required

A great introduction to hand sewn book structures. This book does not require a needle so it is perfect for beginners. You will learn to achieve a beautiful slip not stitch using wax thread that resembles the coptic stitch. 

Mix & Match


You can use any style envelopes including standard #10 envelopes, invitation envelopes or the manila envelopes, as I used! (Thrift stores are great resources for inexpensive envelopes!)
